These days there are a few places that offer Japanese tea ceremony classes in Busan. The Lotte Department Store in Dongnae offers classes at its cultural center.
Last semester I completed level one in association with Busan Women's College. This semester they taught level 2. If you are interested in learning they are offering level one again starting in September on Wednesdays. Do contact me if you are interested.
For level one we prepare the tea using an Obong or round tea tray. Level two involves the use of the bamboo ladle.
